Epinion has won three honourable awards at 2013 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards at the grand ceremony in Milan on 25 – 27 September 2013.

The prizes were won in fierce competition with over 200 international competitors worldwide stressing Epinion's high-quality and reliable analysis conducted at airports in Sweden, Denmark and Austria. These awards were in the Best Questionnaire Return and Best Grouping categories.

This highlights Epinion’s competitive strength and experience in coping with large and complex data collection. Epinion currently has partnered with more than 30 airports, generating approximately 750,000 annual interviews with passengers and customers at airports around the world.

Over 200 airports participate in Airport Service Quality Awards (ASQ) studies. ASQ is a major initiative from ACI, an industry organization who helps airports worldwide improve the quality of passengers' experience. ASQ is world’s leading benchmarking program for measurement of passenger satisfaction at airports. Their strict focus on methodology, quality and impartiality has established ASQ as the global standard for measuring passenger satisfaction for airports.
